Gee, what do you think this post is going to be about? Your content is what is going to truly make you a Trusted Expert – it is the single most important thing you can do. If you’ve been following all the advice I’ve already given in the previous post, you’ve already come up with something of value to provide your users with – that thing that helps cement you as a Trusted Expert in their minds, whether it be a tool, ebook, audio or video file or report, and that’s great, but you can’t stop there. As I mentioned in the last trusted Expert post about site maintenance, it’s important to your reputation as a Trusted Expert that you continually update your site. Make sure that you add in new testimonials when you get them – you can keep the best ones from the past up, but also make sure that there are also new ones, so that people will know that you’re still doing a great job of helping your customers now, not just 3 or 4 years ago. Also, be sure you keep up on what’s happening in your niche, and where applicable, comment on it. It will add to your Trusted Expert status if you can prove to your audience that you not only participate in the niche, but you’re also up on what’s the latest happening. Put your ideas and opinions out there enough, and soon people will start to look to you for their news and information about your topic – the very definition of a Trusted Expert. And if they go to you for information, where are they going to go when they need to buy something – that’s right – to you. Your content is the way you communicate with your users. Everything you say, and how and when you say it contribute to the overall effect of you being seen as an expert. The cornerstone of being a Trusted Expert is to provide users with useful information – not to make a sale. The sale is the side affect of them trusting you because of your useful content. So make sure that you put at least as much effort, if not more, into the quality of your content as you do with your marketing tactics and you’ll be fine Always respond to customer inquiries, and if you think the information is useful enough, get the original person’s permission and add it to your site. Not only are you sharing valuable information with your audience, you’re also showing them that you care enough to respond to the people who contact you, making other people more likely to contact you (and possibly buy from you) in the future. Most importantly, don’t rest on your laurels. You may have written the best ebook or come up with the best tool in the world to brand yourself as a Trusted Expert. And you may think that’s enough. The problem is, no matter how good the original was, everything on the internet has an expiry date on it. Eventually, you’ll need to either update what you have or come up with something new entirely. By being proactive about this, you’ll just further reinforce the idea that you’re an expert in your niche.
The value of a college degree is decreasing every year, but the head master of the university won’t tell you that. And my complaints is if the value kept on dropping and jobs that requires a bachelor degree is getting scarcer and scarcer every year, why are the tuition fee going up every year? The average tuition fee for most universities is approximately $30,000 to $50,000 for four years for instate students. If you choose to go to private or elite universities, it can easily cost you $30,000 to $50,000 per year. Did I mention this is the cost before buying books and food? These universities need to base their tuition fee on the earning potential of the students once he/she graduate. If the earning potential of an average student with a bachelor degree is weakening, should these universities’ lower their fees? I mean, universities’ graduates with a bachelor degree today are being laid off in more parts of the United States than ever before. And with new students graduating every year, can you really compete? Unless, you’re getting a 3.5 to 4.0 at elite universities such as Harvard or Yale, it’s a good idea to quit college and start a business. It’s not hard to figure out why college is a waste of your time even if all your tuition fees are paid for: #1) Are You Learning About Something That You’re Passionate About? Most college students are not passionate about what they’re learning about. If you’re going to college, you know this. In most case, you’ll have to take general class that you don’t necessary need for your major. It seems to me that college has become nothing but a business that overcharges you for little value of education. If you’re passion is to become a doctor, I’m not saying that you’re going the wrong path. The mistake that many people make is to go to college, study a certain subject and then graduate just to work in a Wal-Mart. Nearly all the managers of Wal-Mart doesn’t have a college degree, so what’s the point of going to college in the first place. #2) Will You Make More Money With Less Stress After Graduation? College for me is just training you to be someone else’s employee; this is true even for business school. And the big question is what will happen after graduation? Even if you land a job, you’re probably working hard to make more money for someone without a college degree. That’s if you can find a job. But the real depression will hit you once you find out that you have to pay off those loans that you took out to pay for your tuition fees, books, and food during the four years. And all you got for those hardships is a degree and knowledge that you won’t be able to use for a long time. Did you know that most college graduates work in a field unrelated to their degree? #3) Will You Get Your Time Back? If you’ve been to college, you know that it’s not easy. Professors will give you a boat load of homework that needs to be done within a short amount of time, plus a test. Students are always thinking of ways to get away and actually drop out. In my opinion, a motivated person who wants to succeed will succeed no matter what. There’s always a better path that the ones that our teachers and parent gave us. And only the true leaders will sought that path. Most college students don’t have a life because they’re taking too many classes hoping to graduate soon and start their life. But trying to hard will make people tired and stressed out. But the real question is you using your time wisely and making every minute worth something? Make sure you are, for those times are gone forever. Since a child our mind were conditioned by our teachers and parents that a college degree is necessary to succeed. When you’re thinking a certain way for too long it’s hard to change that mindset. But understand that the majority of the men/women who can afford to live during the past few decades don’t have a college degree. More often than not, with a college degree you can afford to survive and out food on the table, but you can’t afford to live. Deep down inside, you know this is true, but your teachers and parents have conditioned your mind, that if you don’t have a college degree, you’ll be flipping burger at McDonald the rest of your life. But I’m happy to let you know that a lot of people working at McDonald are making more than a college graduate because they actually have income and less debt. #1) We’re Living in America The United States of America is viewed by most country across the globe as “The Beautiful Country” or The Land of Opportunity”. It wouldn’t have been viewed this way by so many countries and people in the world if it didn’t deserve it. In fact, if you can’t get rich in America, you can’t get rich anywhere in the world. #2) Procrastination Leads to Failure If you want to do something you have to do it now and not some other day. This is because some other day never comes. If you decided not to do it now, chances are you’ll never do it. 2010 is a good year to start a business because the economy is still recovering, which is creating opportunities. Did you know that more people get rich during an economic depression than any other time? #3) You’re Already Failing Everybody’s afraid to fail, but you shouldn’t be afraid to fail because you’re already failing. You won’t understand this until you really think of your current situation. If you’re going to a non-elite university majoring in something that won’t land you a job with the government, you’re failing. On second thought, if you can manage to graduate in the top 10 rank of your class, you’ll have a chance. This means studying from dawn to dust and not having a life for at least four years. Lucky for you, there’s no dead end (not if you’re living in America). Whenever I think I’m at a dead end, there’s always that light that shows me a path to leave that dead end behind. I understand that this is a daring topic and will get me some negative comments, but I have to let the truth be told. And I’m not encouraging anyone to start a business without doing any research (that’s stupid), but I do encourage people going to college to consider a different path. There’s nothing you can do with a degree in biology or history besides teaching at a school. 2 to 3 months of summer vacation, I would go for it. If you’re a student majoring in literature, make sure you start writing your own books to sale. Being an author and selling your own creation is a good business you can start. But if you just want to go online and ramble like me, you don’t need a college degree. On second thought, you don’t need a degree in literature to become a bestselling author. No matter what you do, make sure your passion comes first. You can make money anywhere, so why waste your precious time working towards a job that you have no passion for.University’s Outrageous Cost

Malaysian millionaire Taek Jho Low has been asked by his father to lie low after news of him and American party girl Paris Hilton exploded on the media worldwide.
Several websites were abuzz with news that Low was the “mystery man” spotted with Hilton.
She was seen at Low’s birthday celebration together with other guests recently.
Low was said to have good relations with celebrities and wealthy people from the Middle East.
His father, a businessman, told Sin Chew Daily he had told his son to be cautious with his words and actions.
According to the daily, the 28-year-old Low is the third generation of a distinguished family in Penang that is involved in property and various industries, including high technology products, in Malaysia, Singa pore and other parts of the world.
Please allow me to digress from my blog's main topic as I think that this is THE news that you will want to find out... A REPORT ON TAEK JHO LOW This is from thestar. SEVERAL websites are abuzz with news that Malaysian millionaire Taek Jho Low is the “mystery man” spotted with good-time girl Paris Hilton, reported Kosmo! The Malay tabloid said the websites, including that of OK! Magazine, had identified Hilton as the girl in a sexy pink outfit in a photograph of partygoers aboard a boat in Paris, France. According to the magazine, Low had been splashing his money, holding expensive parties in various nightclubs and running up huge shopping bills. The New York Post had reported on Nov 8 last year that Low, who is in his 20s and a graduate from Wharton Business School in Philadelphia, spent thousands of dollars in nightclubs over a three-month period in the United States. He caught media attention after being spotted partying with several celebrities, including singer P. Diddy, in the city. According to the operator of Pink Elephant Club at 27th Street in New York, Low always spent between US$50,000 (RM161,150) and US$60,000 (RM193,380) a night, including flying eight waitresses to a party in Malaysia once. He was rumoured to be staying in a posh apartment in Park Imperial in the city, where James Bond actor Daniel Craig and P. Diddy also lived. Low, whose own recent birthday party was attended by actress Megan Fox, was said to be working as a consultant with a few international companies. Taek Jho Low has been Group Advisor and Non Independent & Non Executive Director of UBG Berhad since September 19, 2008. Mr. Low serves as group advisor of several international firms, involved in global private equity, mergers & acquisitions, buyout, government-to-government offset structured investments and financing, networking and financial aid. Mr. Low graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics majoring in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Source: http://www.taek-jho-low.com/about/ ****** A fleet of black Cadillac Escalades hums outside Chelsea hot spot Avenue -- the A-list watering hole of such celebrities as Justin Timberlake and Lindsay Lohan. As the car doors open, a dozen men emerge and a bouncer whisks them over the club's threshold, past a group of shivering models behind the velvet rope. "Who is it?" one of them wonders out loud. "Is it P. Diddy?" But the man at the center of the entourage isn't a celebrity. He isn't even a mogul. He's Taek Jho Low, a 20-something Wharton grad from Malaysia who has burned through hundreds of thousands of dollars at the city's hottest nightspots in the last three months -- and shows no signs of stopping. The nightlife scene is abuzz with tales of this international man of mystery -- who goes by the name Jho Low and whose chubby, bespectacled appearance hardly meets the image of a wealthy gadabout. In September, during Fashion Week, sources said, Low helped rack up a $160,000 bar tab at Avenue, including several $900 bottles of Cristal champagne. One month later, Lindsay Lohan was belatedly celebrating her 23rd birthday at downtown drinking den 1OAK when 23 bottles of Cristal suddenly appeared. They were reportedly paid for by a "mystery Malaysian," who, sources claim, was Low. At chic 27th Street hangout Pink Elephant, Low routinely spends $50,000 to $60,000, according to the club's owner, David Sarner. One night, at the Pink Elephant outpost in Southampton, Low enjoyed himself so much that he kept the revelry going -- all the way to Malaysia, Sarner said. "He ended up flying eight of our [waitresses] to Malaysia for a party," he added. Strangely, for a man attracting so much attention, very little is known about Low. According to his official biography, he currently serves as a group adviser of several international corporations and was appointed to the board of UBG Berhad, a financial-services group in Kuala Lumpur, last year. But when The Post interviewed Malaysian experts at such think tank as the Council on Foreign Relations, no one had ever heard of Low. According to inside sources, Low lives at a $100,000-a-month apartment in the Park Imperial, on West 56th Street, home to James Bond actor Daniel Craig and Sean "P. Diddy" Combs -- and he won't go anywhere, not even on the elevator, without at least one bodyguard. Some of Low's entourage of eight to 12 people also reside in two other apartments at the Park Imperial -- a $30,000-a-month pad and a 2,200-square-foot loft with Central Park views that costs $20,000 a month, according to real-estate investor Michael Hirtenstein, who used to live in the latter. ***** OMG..This young chap is really brilliant....*envy* NEXT... Starting Your Own Website Can Be Easy and Difficult At The Same Time.

This blog is created specifically to share my experience (I wouldn’t say “teach” as one cannot master everything) in making money in various channels which I have tried and succeeded numerous of times. Online money making has actually improved my financial status to a very great extend. There are times when I just wanted to quit my job, which I can do so and live on blogging alone, as the money I made from these various channels equal or sometimes more than my current salary and its on PART TIME basis. That’s just wonderful. You don’t have to suck up to your bosses, colleagues or your troublesome clients. I believe you know what I mean.
I started making money from Google Adsense many years ago from my various sites, IT, health and etc. It pays well if you know the right method of doing it and you are doing it legally.
“The Golden Rule for it is to know your audiences and positioning.”
You must know what you are targeting and what sort of things or I would rather say information that your readers are looking for. Of course, the hotter your info is the better it is needless to say. Always make a site that is very targeted or specific in an area of info. This is very important or I could say utmost important. Think of what you would do if you want to look for a very specific and detailed info. You would look it up in the search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask and etc). The results will pop up and you would click on the most relevant one. These search engines gives you the most relevant website that correspond with your search words or key words. Even if the “mixed info web” popped up, you will be browsing it for a short while and proceed with another one because that particular website did not give you what you want or did not provide a detailed info as to what you are looking for. Its all about common sense. I guess you know what I mean. That’s why when you want to create a website, only choose one area that you are familiar, a lot to write about and most importantly you must be passionate with the area that you are writing on.
Positioning of your ads be it Google Adsense, adbrite or some other advert is also very important. So, before setting up your own blog or website, please hunt or browse for a suitable theme to be used so that your ads will be optimized in its totality. These themes can be download freely and its free over the net. Just search for it. Some Pro themes which are really good need to be purchased which is will help you a lot in generating income for it. Of course you want your ads to be in a position whereby its very glaring or stands out once the readers surf your page. That’s why a center positioning ads and header ads are crucial. For side ads, it would be wise if you were to put a skyscraper having different colour than your web. Maybe a shocking yellow or pink . You can play around with the positioning of your ads and see the results. Trial and error. But the basic rule applies, center mass, header and banner ads.
P/S: I am in the middle of compiling and refining all my money making tactics in to an E-book so that you can get it and start doing your own money making machine. Psst.and its for free…yup.. its free…
